Design Engineer II - 1st shift - On site - Aeroestructuras

Responsibilities

• Deliver design engineering solutions that promote safety, ergonomics, quality and productivity, following Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components.
• Apply strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards.
• Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards.
• Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues.
• Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
