Job Description
Study of the project and its feasibility through the various inputs received from the project management team.
Feasibility of the new concept and executing various engineering calculations (stress analysis, torque calculation, gear calculations etc.)
BOM creation and material selection for costing
Preparing and delivering 2D drawings and 3D models as per the project requirements
Design sheet metals, fabrication parts, components etc. as per the concept
Value Addition / Engineering (VA/VE) to reduce cost.
Study of the machines and designing new / modify existing concepts as per the customer requirements.
Designing the machine considering various aspects of manufacturability, serviceability, compatibility, feasibility etc.
Proper documentation of the entire process - ECN
Development of the complete prototype and its trouble shooting
