Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design custom industrial equipment and mechanical assemblies from initial customer requirements through to complete, production‑ready drawing packages.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including 3D models, drawings, bills of materials, and revision‑controlled records.
• Collaborate across sales, operations, and service teams to deliver practical, manufacturable solutions and support continuous product improvement.
• Develop detailed 3D models and production drawings for custom shot blast equipment and mechanical assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.
• Produce complete drawing packages including bills of materials, tolerancing, weld callouts, and fabrication notes ready for the shop floor.
• Scope and design solutions based on customer application requirements in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
