Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed engineering designs, layout plans, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for design purposes.
• Apply knowledge of the Product Development Process (Concept Design → Prototyping → Testing → Production Handover).
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
• Create and interpret 2D, 3D, and isometric layouts.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous process improvement activities related to production methods.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
