Design Engineer- Plating Tooling Specialist

Responsibility:

· Develop and implement advanced tooling solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of precious metal plating processes

· Monitor and manage the schedule for tooling fabrication, installation, and conditioning to ensure timely readiness for production.

· Analyze and provide solutions for technical challenges related to new tooling systems.

· Lead pilot runs of new tooling to check functionality and performance.

· Collaborate with other design engineers for new product design, compatibility with tooling, and least gold usage possible.

· Contribute to cost- reduction initiatives by optimizing plating tooling and equipment, supporting precious metal conservation and customer satisfaction.

· Introduce advanced tooling to apply in NPI, adopt the best design in the precious metal usage
