                    A leading homebuilder in North America seeks a Design Lead in Mississauga, Ontario, to shape the architectural and interior design of communities. This hybrid role requires leading design development from master planning to detailed building design while collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, 4+ years of residential design experience, and strong BIM and CAD skills. The expected salary range is $70,000 - $110,000.
