Design Manager

Your Purpose

As a Design Manager at Bitso, you will lead and grow a team of talented designers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, user‑centered solutions that meet both business and customer needs. You will be responsible for creating an environment where designers can thrive, learn, and deliver excellent work in close partnership with product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance people management, delivery accountability, and design quality.

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality design work in product companies (must).
