 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager, Civil & Municipal Roadways to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise and manage CAD designers, drafters, and technicians
Lead and participate in the development of CAD design deliverables
Assign CAD design tasks, monitor progress and set deadlines ensuring timely submission of deliverables
Provide mentorship and training on CAD software, design standards and processes
Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and obtain directions
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate civil and roadway CAD designs as required
Ensure CAD designs meet industry and client specifications, standards and regulatory requirements
Implement and conduct QA and QC processes to ensure compliance with CAD design software requirements, standards, templates...
