In the role of Senior Design Manager, Electrical and ICAT you will:

  • Manage the electrical design process during pursuit and post pursuit for design build and design assist projects

  • Assist in pre-construction services for various sectors where electrical systems are more complex (health care, mission critical, justice and educational)

  • Advise on conceptual electrical design and technology approach on building system solutions in order to provide a complete and competitive bid for design build pursuits

  • Review sub-trades financial submission and evaluate the bid is competitiveness and compliance

  •  Support the P3 projects execution team throughout the design process until IFC in order to assure pursuit design intent is implemented

  • Review RFP submission deliverables

  • Prepare scope delineation matrices and other process tools to assure no scope gaps or scope overlap
