Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team in executing façade design works according to project requirements and timelines.
• Plan, organize, and monitor design activities to ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including work allocation, design quality checks, and productivity improvement.
• Review and verify design drawings, cutting lists, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
