Design Cafe is hiring Design Manager for Kolkata Store. Job Description:- Experience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more. Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers. Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily. Handle client escalations - red level Report Directly into City Head on key metrics De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's Manage team performance and morale.
