Design Manager - Kolkata

Design Cafe is hiring Design Manager for Kolkata Store .

Job Description:-

• Experience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Responsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.
• Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.
• Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.
• Handle client escalations - red level
• Report Directly into City Head on key metrics
• De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee‘s
• Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go

Requirement : -

-Excellent Written and Verbal communication

-Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience

-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience
