Design Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager or Assistant Design Manager to join our growing team at Robin Village Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur (Northpoint, Mid Valley). In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of our innovative civil and structural engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, supervise, and guide design engineers and drafting team on precast design, detailing, and drawings.
• Plan, monitor, and report on design progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage collaboration and coordination of design information with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants on submissions, updates, and changes to precast design and shop drawings.
• Ensure optimized design solutions that comply with regulatory, contractual, and buildability requirements.
