Job Description
Responsible for leading and coordinating the design team to develop high-quality, cost-effective, and timely design solutions that meet project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor designers and technical staff
• Plan, review, and approve design concepts, drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, safety standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments
• Manage design schedules, workloads, and resources
• Conduct design reviews and resolve technical issues
• Maintain design quality control and continuous improvement
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed
• Prepare design reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support project bidding and cost estimation activities
