Design Manager

Manages all fundamental aspects and stages of the design process from the formation of the design organization, design conceptualization up to the preparation of the final or detailed engineering design while ensuring that design process and the final product both meet the purpose, quality, schedule, and budget objectives of the Client.

Design Strategy Development

1.) Develops and implements design strategies, outlining how the Design Development Team will create deliverables and implement them for the specific or particular project;

2.) Ensures that the members of the design team are fully aware of and understands the design strategy and the corresponding deliverables and milestones;

3.) Presents the design strategy to Infrastructure BU Head for approval and explains the deliverables, numbers and expected outcomes.
