Design Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and overseeing the design team
• Accountable to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project
• In charge of the review and submission of all drawings
• To coordinate with authorities, agents, qualified persons and sub-contractors for issues pertaining to design & technical
• To review constructability issues with the construction team
• To ensure the project complies with regulations, which include revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 5 – 8 years' experience in Architectural, Structural & M&E projects
