Designation: Design Manager
Duty hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
● Manages the design team for task delegation, progress reports and reviews layout and design.
● Ensures that deliverables and deadlines are met by the design team.
● Develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed architectural plans and drawings.
● Monitor and ensure the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well OSM delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to the Standards / approved design criteria.
● Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects.
● Attend site inspections which includes pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation and punch listing.
