JOB DETAILS
Design manager ( architecture & civil engineering )
Either architect or civil engineer
Architecture graduate + long exposure to structural & MEP coordination
Civil engineer with deep architectural + services coordination experience
Experience: yrs
5-7 yrs in design coordination
Architecture + Structural + MEP coordination
Consultant management (multiple external consultants)
Authority submissions & follow-ups (local bylaws, fire, environmental, utilities)
Site coordination & design issue resolution
Drawing control, RFI management, and design freeze processes
Managing deadlines under construction pressure
Technical skills
Strong understanding of:
Building systems & constructibility
Statutory codes & approval processes
MEP coordination logic (not calculations, but integration)<...
