About the Role
Oversees the architectural elements of a project, including its design and feasibility.
Responsibilities
Lead/Chair meetings and work closely with consultants on the requirements of projects.
Develop project plans and budgets for projects including architectural drawings, specifications, estimates, cost reports, schedule, material documents, and specification lists.
Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.
Coordinate, preparation of tender, evaluation, recommendation, and award processes.
Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
