Design Manager

About the Role

Oversees the architectural elements of a project, including its design and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Chair meetings and work closely with consultants on the requirements of projects.
• Develop project plans and budgets for projects including architectural drawings, specifications, estimates, cost reports, schedule, material documents, and specification lists.
• Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations.
• Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
• Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.
