Design Manager

This is the position for Obayashi Corporation, for their Inter Terminal Bored Tunnel (ITBT) project for T5. They must have minimum 10 years of design coordination experience, have a strong preference for candidates from Lum Chang Building Construction, Samsung Koh Brothers, Changi Airport Group, and those who have done LTA and underground tunneling projects  before.

Responsibilities:
• Close communication with Construction Team to reflect Construction Team's intention for the project and establish Design management policy/tactics in line with Construction Team's intention.
• Responsible for dealing with government (BCA), client (CAG) and consultant management.
• Planning of shop drawings submission schedule to control the sequence and time frame for development of shop drawings.
