Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on design matters.

• Manage design drawings, specifications, samples, and submissions.

• Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure buildability and technical alignment.

• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues.

• Assist with authority submissions, approvals, and compliance requirements where necessary.

• Support tender and pricing teams on design clarifications and material specifications.

• Ensure timely delivery of design information according to project schedules.

• Maintain documentation including drawing registers, submission logs, and revision tracking.

• Participate in meetings and presentations relating to design coordination and material selection.
