DESIGN MANAGER (C&S) – LTA

Our client is one of the leading Civil & Building contractors in Singapore.  They have a number of current large scale groundbreaking projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• You will be a key member of the design team for their current large-scale projects.
• Provide critical direction to the design development and coordination on overall C&S architectural design works.
• Manage drawing submission schedules based on planned work progress.
• Coordinate and review design matters with LTA, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
