Design Manager - New Build residential - Reading, Berkshire

This leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join the company to work on live project in Hampshire.

The project is a large new build residential development which will have a mix of houses and flats and will run for 3yrs over various phases of building.

Your working week as Design Manager will mainly consist of being based on site in the Southampton area and remote working. This is for a contractor who understands the benefits to individuals working from home and that will be available to you.

Key Responsibilities as Design Manager;

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of design across pre-construction and construction stages.
