Design Officer

General Description:

To provide assistance to the Project Manager and Project Officers on site assessment, actual measurement, coordination with lessor, building admin and engineers for the design and facilities requirement of the store and to produce design plans and bill of quantities according to guidelines and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create schematic plans and working drawings (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
• Coordinate with Business Development and Franchising Department for the space requirements.
• Coordinate with Lessors, Engineering Team, LGUs (if needed) and franchisees for the design and facilities requirement of the site
• Create working drawings, perspectives, and bills of quantities.
• Recommend and design basic design and standards.
