Design & Project Coordination Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Head of Design in managing ongoing interior design projects. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and keen to build a long-term career in high-end interior design project management .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Design in coordinating and managing ongoing residential and commercial projects

• Prepare, update, and track project progress schedules and internal reports

• Handle ordering, tracking, and coordination of materials, furniture, and goods with suppliers

• Support payment tracking , including monitoring invoices and project payment milestones

• Maintain good client relationships and support day-to-day project communications
