Design Project Lead

Role Purpose

Lead and enable the effective execution of design sprints within a Pathfinder Journey Team—driving alignment, removing blockers, managing schedules, and ensuring progress through each phase of the
Run Ahead
 process:
Discover → Define → Draft & Validate → Document.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sprint Facilitation & Team Coordination

· Plan, schedule, and facilitate all design‑sprint ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, mid‑sprint reviews, retrospectives, bi‑weekly readouts).

· Maintain sprint cadence and ensure work stays aligned with Pathfinder timelines.

· Identify, document, and resolve blockers promptly to preserve momentum.

· Manage sprint capacity and balance workload across UX Research, Strategy, Design, and Product.

2. Delivery Management & Governance

· Own the sprint plan, backlog, and timeline in partnership with the Product Lead and UX Strategist.
