Job Description

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities 

. Customer & OEM Quality Interface
Serve as the primary quality contact for OEM Design, Tier suppliers, and customers.

Ensure alignment between design intent and manufacturability across the supply chain.

Support design reviews and drive feasibility assessments for interior concepts.
. Material & Colour Quality Management
Oversee textile and interior material selection processes to meet customer and design requirements.

Evaluate colour, grain, gloss, texture, and surface quality to ensure visual consistency across suppliers and production batches.

Validate prototypes and pre-serial parts to ensure compliance with specifications and visual quality standards.
. Colour Development & CMF Support
Develop new colours for OEM-specific projects and obtain full customer approval.
