Design Release Associate

Support the design release process by reviewing drawings and product data for accuracy, maintaining bill of materials, coordinating with procurement and production, and assisting with logistics documentation to ensure clean and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering drawings for completeness, consistency, and alignment with standards prior to release
Support BOM creation and validation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
Assist in the release of jobs into production, confirming all required documentation is complete
Coordinate with procurement to verify material specs, lead times, and substitutions as needed
Work with production to resolve documentation gaps and clarify design details
Track and follow up on open items impacting release timelines
Maintain organized and up-to-date product data, drawings, and revisions
