Role Overview:

Seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Experience Design team with roles open for Senior Associate and Manager levels. As part of this dynamic team you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences blending UX and UI expertise to enhance customer journeys for a banking end client. Candidates with Financial Services (FS) experience particularly within banking are highly preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver endtoend customer journeys ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
