JL Closets, a 35-year leader in premium custom closets and storage solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to ensure our design standards remain consistent and accurate as we scale.
This role acts as the bridge between creative design and technical precision, protecting the integrity of our brand through design review, compliance, and ongoing designer support.
Role Summary
Your primary mission is to uphold JL Closets' design standards by reviewing designer submissions for accuracy and compliance, while also supporting the training and development of new designers. You will provide consistent follow-up, feedback, and guidance to ensure every design meets company expectations before moving forward.
