Design Structures Approver

Our client has an opportunity for a Design Structures Approver to join them on a contract basis until the end of 2026. You will be responsible for leading design investigations and formulating technical solutions for a range of tasks.

Role: Design Structures Approver
Location: Broughton, Flintshire. Fully onsite
Hours: 35 per week
Hourly Rate: £44-£50 per hour via umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS required to start

What you'll be doing:

Lead, guide and approve design solutions for a range of tasks, including (but not restricted to) Major/Minor Design Modifications, Design Query Notes (work's query notes).
Provide technical leadership and continued mentoring to the engineering team, assisting the development of team members, assisting in the identification of skill gaps and driving plans to close the gaps.
