The Design Studio Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the operational, financial, and resource management functions of the design studio. This role ensures smooth coordination between creative teams, business units, and finance by managing studio workflows, billing tracking, reporting, and resource planning,

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Keep track of submitted Creative brief forms being studio/designers assigned.
• Participate in Diagnostic Meetings twice weekly to review project status, resource needs, and studio priorities.
• Perform data entry and maintenance for studio billing and cost tracking.
• Monitor Salesforce for WON and LOST jobs to support accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Act as a studio billing chaser, following up on outstanding billings with internal stakeholders and finance teams.
• Reconcile Studio SMR revenue and other income, ensuring alignment with studio billing records.
