Design Studio Specialist

The Design Studio Specialist will provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and utilizing effective selling techniques and design expertise during in-store and in-home consultation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultation, in-store and in-home, regarding the design of their living space to drive store sales.
Engage the clients in a professional and personable way that demonstrates personal passion for the product
Build a customer database and identify key individuals, groups and organizations that present commercial opportunities
Deliver excellent levels of customer service by executing high quality design consultations across all product categories in the customer's home or place of business
