Design Studio Specialist

The Design Studio Specialist will provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and utilizing effective selling techniques and design expertise during in-store and in-home consultation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultation, in-store and in-home, regarding the design of their living space to drive store sales.
• Engage the clients in a professional and personable way that demonstrates personal passion for the product
• Build a customer database and identify key individuals, groups and organizations that present commercial opportunities
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service by executing high quality design consultations across all product categories in the customer’s home or place of business
