Develops and coordinates renovations, expansions, or construction for NEX facilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Designs and develops a wide range and variety of functional space and equipment layouts and specifications involving all aspects of operational factors, space allocations, interior and exterior design, master planning, construction budgeting, and equipment selection, including utility requirements such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration. Reviews Architectural and Engineering (A&E) plans and specifications, comments, and makes recommendations on layout, interior design, equipment and furniture selection, utility requirements, and placements.
