Arctic Instruments specializes in microwave readout solutions for quantum tech developers. Our flagship product is a near-quantum-limited superconducting microwave amplifier designed for high-fidelity qubit readout. The company was founded in late 2024, as a spin-off of VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd.

Position: Design Trainee – Espoo, Finland

As a Design Trainee , you work on and improve various aspects of our hardware product in Espoo, Finland. You will assist in the design and modeling of superconducting microwave circuits. You employ analytical and/or numerical tools to improve the performance and speed up the engineering design cycle of our traveling wave parametric amplifier.
