The Company:
A residential builder who have been operating for over 50 years in the Western Australian market are looking to appoint an experienced Design/Draftsperson to manage the team. Having won over 30 awards in the last 10 years, their longevity is a testament to their dedication to quality and excellence in the industry. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will have responsibility for the Drafting team (3 Draftspersons), managing their workloads and providing weekly updates on progress to the management team. At times you will need to be hands-on, but predominately creating one off designs from sales sketches (not working drawings).
