3 times a week on site

Must Haves:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree/certificate in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or the equivalent education and experience
  • 3 – 4 years of experience working on design systems, or enterprise product design
  • Proven track record of working on an enterprise-wide design system within a large, global organization
  • Strong command of typography, spacing, color theory, hierarchy, motion, and interaction design
  • Deep expertise in UI/UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems
  • Experience level of experience working in Figma, or similar tools
