Lead designer position
The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal engineering oversight
- Ability to create designs/drawings with mínimal engineering input.
- Ability to plan work independently.
- Knowledge of relatable engineering principals given their design expertise.
Ability to lead design and drafting on small to mid-scale projects.
- Advanced CAD skills
- Advanced skills on CAD software such as CADWorx Civil 3D.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, civil, structural, and/or electrical drafting principles.
- Expert knowledge of company/client design standards (or ability to understand quickly).
- Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry required to perform calculations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills...
