About the Role

As a Designer, you will oversee the design of multiple categories or a large brand, crafting an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to the target customer.


What You’ll Do
+ Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages
+ Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management
+ Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Design Director in the conceptual development of the brand
+ Provide direction for color and art development to artists
+ Present designs in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction
+ Partner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends for areas of responsibility and share creative ideas
+ Research the domestic market to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques, etc. and complete pre-packages
