Job Description:

• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, clamps, and inserts based on production and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fabrication and assembly.
• Work closely with toolmakers, machinists, and engineers during prototype and testing.
• Conduct design revisions based on functionality and manufacturability feedback.
• Ensure designs meet cost, quality, and safety standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tooling or jigs and fixture design.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360).
• Knowledgeable in machining processes and material selection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
