Designer (Revit)

Our Client is a global hospitality design and concept firm that assists clients to plan, develop and implement successful F&B venues. They are seeking for a skilled designer with an experience in drafting and 3D modeling (Revit proficiency mandatory), capable of supporting projects, managing documentation, and collaborating with teams. Knowledge of MEP services and leadership experience are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drafting and Designing layouts, elevations, 3-D modelling in Revit, with all relevant information and all other drafting work.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing tender documents such as tender drawings, equipment listings, specifications, manufacturers leaflets, etc.
• Site Visits and attendance at meetings when required.
  Control and management of sub-contractors submission of
  documents, such as shop-drawings, as-built drawings and
  equipment specifications.
