Designer Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Designer in Bacolod to join our team and develop practical design skills in telecom and fiber optics. As a Trainee Designer, you will assist in designing and preparing telecommunications layouts while learning industry-standard OSP and fiber design processes. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in engineering who are eager to grow in the telecom field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating OSP and fiber optic network designs under guidance of senior designers.
• Learn and apply telecom and fiber design standards and workflows.
• Use AutoCAD or similar design software to prepare network layouts and plans.
• Support the team in reviewing and updating design documentation.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in telecom and OSP design.
• Follow project timelines and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
