Desk Expeditors

Responsibilities: Monitor supplier production schedules, documentation, and delivery commitments. Liaise with vendors to track progress of manufacturing, inspection, and dispatch. Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual milestones and technical specifications. Review and expedite engineering documents (drawings, datasheets, ITPs, MRs). Maintain expediting logs, dashboards, and weekly status reports for management. Prepare delay analysis and recovery plans when slippages occur. Expedite delivery of electrical panels, switchgear, cabling, instrumentation devices. Monitor FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and certification schedules. Ensure alignment with project electrical/instrumentation standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field). 812 years experience in expediting within EPC / Oil & Gas projects.
