Desk Operator - Engineering

Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting engineering operations from a centralized desk. Acts as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth workflow and timely resolution.

A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technician or Desk Operator in a hotel environment is required.
