Deskside Support Technician (d/f/m) limited to 1 year

**About the role**

As a Deskside Support Technician (d/f/m), you will make an impact by ensuring seamless IT support and operational excellence for end users across the organization. You will be a valued member of the IT Services team and work collaboratively with field engineers, support analysts, and cross-functional departments.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability for end users

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for Windows workstations and provide mobility support/management

+ Utilize SCCM 2012 and O365 at a practitioner level for remote installation and management of applications

+ Repair or replace damaged hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads) and upgrade systems to meet client standards

+ Manage inventory, forecast hardware needs, and track vendor shipments for timely delivery
