Responsible for managing, supporting, and deploying desktop applications across the organization's IT infrastructure. This role includes building software packages, managing application distribution through SCCM and MECM, and ensuring efficient delta management.

Key Deliverables

• Develop, test, and deploy application packages in SCCM/MECM.
• Manage application lifecycle, including updates, upgrades, and retirements.
• Configure deployment settings and ensure that packages are distributed efficiently across the enterprise.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure successful installations.
