Desktop Engineer
Modern enterprise end point management is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the modern workplace utilizing a variety of tools that deliver great customer experiences and outcomes. The Desktop Engineering role with WBM gives you the chance to be part of an experienced team that works closely together to support our enterprise clients.
The day-to-day role includes monitoring and management of endpoint device fleets utilizing such solutions as MECM, Intune, Azure, Windows 365 and other supporting tools.
You’ll be responsible for:
Resolving tier 3 support requests and incidentsPackaging and delivering custom applications and application updatesCreating and testing Intune and Group Policy ObjectsCreating, testing and maintaining Intune Compliance policiesProactively monitoring and remediating endpoint health and compliance across an enterprise fleet of devicesProactive management/maintenance of MECM and...
