Lead Desktop Publishing & Content Design Team

The DTP Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Content Design Specialists who ensure translation projects are delivered according to IQVIA’s standards and design requirements. He/she builds and maintains strong relationships within his/her team, with Project Managers as well as with internal and external stakeholders and clients. He/she ensures that all jobs allocated to his/her team are completed on time and budget and recommends synergies, improvements and experiments as needed. The Content Design Team Lead also shares best practices and findings in his/her team and within Translation Operations. He/she provides the Associate Director with content design effectiveness metrics according to agreed KPIs and frequencies.
